White-Label for agencies: how to present monitoring reports under your own brand

Guide to the OmniWatchGuard White-Label feature - how to configure your logo and colors, how to generate branded public reports for your clients, and why it matters for agencies.

If you manage website monitoring for multiple clients, the last thing you want them to see is someone else's brand. The White-Label feature on the Agency plan lets you present monitoring reports entirely under your own brand - your logo and colors, not OmniWatchGuard's.

What this actually means

You upload your agency's logo and pick a primary color, once, from the dashboard. From then on, any public report generated for a client automatically uses that branding - with no visible mention of OmniWatchGuard.

How to set it up, step by step

  1. Go to the White-Label section in your dashboard
  2. Upload a logo (PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or SVG, max 2MB)
  3. Pick your brand's primary color
  4. Save - the setup applies instantly to all future reports

How to generate a report for a client

From your monitor list, pick the one relevant to a client and click the report link generation button. You instantly get a unique, public link, no login required, that you can send directly to your client.

Your client sees the history of detected changes, with your agency's logo and colors, on a clean, professional page.

Why this matters for an agency

  • Your clients see a service that looks built in-house by your agency, not an external tool
  • You can present monitoring as part of your service package, without revealing the underlying tool
  • You strengthen the client relationship around your own brand, not a third-party vendor

Availability

The White-Label feature is available as an add-on on the Agency plan, at 40 EUR/month, instantly activatable from the billing page.

Frequently asked questions

Does my client need an account to view the report?

No. The report link is public - your client opens it directly, no login, no account, no password.

Can I have different branding for different clients?

Currently, branding (logo and color) is unique per account - it applies to all reports you generate. If you need different branding per client, reach out to us - we can discuss a custom solution.

Does the report link ever expire?

No, the link stays active permanently, for as long as that monitor exists in your account.
